Habitats and Life History
Habitats: The three known localities are situated along 140 km of coastal wetland and beach habitat (Powell and Brown, 2012). We have at least one specimen from an area with extensive Longleaf Pine savannas but no marshes or tidewater scrub.

State Protection: Has no legal protection, although permits are required to collect it on state parks and other public lands.
Comments: This is rarely collected species that Powell and Brown (2012) knew from only three sites along the coasts of North and South Carolina.
