Habitats and Life History
Habitats: Forests and woodlands (Wagner et al., 2001). Our records come from cove forests, high elevation forests, bogs, and montane riparian habitats.
Larval Host Plants: Broadly polyphagous. Larvae feed on many hardwood trees and shrubs, including cherry and dogwood, as well as forbs such as Blue Cohosh, Meadow Rue, and Sweet Cicley (Wagner et al., 2001) - View
