| Identification | A robust member of the genus, with a gestalt of the native E. obtusata and E. spathulata, but with a woody taproot (versus herbaceous taproots in the others). It also has conspicuously villous stems and wider leaves than on the other two. The flowers (at least the bracts) are conspicuous and yellow. | |
