Description: A brown species with a mottled, spotted wing pattern that can vary in darkness and color among individuals. The legs and underside of the body are brown, though the underside of the thorax is grayish. The head is short and does not extend far out from the body, with the vertex wider than it is long; the face is brown with many small pale, yellowish spots, characteristic for this species. It is important to photograph the face in order to make a conclusive ID for individuals that may represent this species or other similar ones.
