Description: A tan, stramineous species with a median longitudinal light stripe and a narrow orange band on the anterior edge of the eye extending across the face. The elytra is semihyaline with a dark spot on the crossveins near the commissure. The apical wing veins are more or less infuscated, darkening towards the tips; this results in the wings having a distinctive and contrasting darkened section on the apical half of the wings. Adults are 5.0-6.5 mm long. (Beamer, 1946)
